Are you really grateful for the things that you have in your life? Or are you too busy thinking on the things that you do not achieve yet, being unfair with yourself, pushing yourself into the anscious, worry and depress world.


According with Buddhists, we all should be grateful for everything that happens in your life.

Therefore, we should be grateful for the good things and also the bad things in life BECAUSE being grateful for everything that happens to us builds our compassionate mind, make us a happier person, a stronger person and finally, because we are not much longer inpatient, but patients, more nicer and better in relationship with other people.


I will ask you one more time.

Are you TRULY grateful for the things that you have in live?

Make me and you a favour, NOW.

Get a paper or your phone, and write 3 things that you are grateful in your life.


Can be ANYTHING that cross your head.


For example:

Im grateful for the bed that I sleep everday.

Im grateful for my family and friends that I can count with.

Im grateful for the better person that I being become everyday.


Do you fell better right ?


According with a few researches that I did, this type of simple exercises can make a huge difference in your life if you do everyday. This type of exercise is also used in therapies to help them patience. I personally started with my grateful diary last year, in a really hard moment that I was having in my life, and this exercise truly helped me a lot, because I could see things that Im so grateful to have in my life. Simple things that make me happier everyday.


I definitely recommended you try that.
