Health Vegan Pancackes

Good morning, afternoon, night, people!
I do not know where you are located in the world right now but I am happy you are here.
Today I will share with you guys the best ever pancakes that you can easily cook at your house and do you know the best thing about those pancakes? It is guilt-free!

Ingredients ( One serving - 5 small pancakes ):
1x Banana, 1 cup of Oats and 1 cup of Soy Milk (or any other milk )
Method :
Step 1: In a blender, put 1 cup of oats, then blend until the oats look like a powder.
Step 2: In the same blender of the oats, add 1 banana and 1 cup of soy milk. Mix thoroughly to create a thick paste.
Step 3: Heat a frying pan.
Step 4: Little by little put the pancake paste on the heated pan, and with a spoon spread the pancake creating circle forms. Then with a spatular flip the pancake after 2 to 3 minutes to get crispy and super YUMMY!
Step 5: Your pancakes are ready! Feel free to put whatever you want on the top of them.
I have chosen berry, strawberry and a little bit of peanut butter.
