Babies, today I want share with you the reasons WHY I love so much yoga, and why I recommended for all my friends Yoga.
For what I remember, my first contact with yoga wasn't that good. A few years ago (maybe 5 years ago) I tried practice Yoga and I will be real with you, I did no like, I was doing just for not reasons, but after 2 classes or less I gave up. I thought yoga wasn't for me and I could not more go to the class for practice something that I did not like.
I not sure why I did not like at that stage, maybe because I did not had a truly intention, and I was prating yoga just because yes. According with a yoga teacher from Chile, when you go to a yoga class, you MUST go with a truly intuition, you need to know why you there, and important, you have to be there because YOU want to be there. Probably 5 years ago I was doing yoga just for not reason, and that's why wasn't really interesting for me in that moment.
Thankful, as we all know, life changes, we change, and I decided try yoga one more time. I decided give a second change for the Yoga, and for my surprised I loved. Those days I can confirm to you that I can't live without yoga. YOGA CHANGED MY LIFE FOR BETTER and Im so glad to be able to practice yoga everyday life.
So my friends, lets go to what really matter in this post, that is THE REASONS WHY YOGA CHANGED MY LIFE.
1) PRESENT MOMENT : When Im prating yoga, I'm truly at the present moment, Im truly connect with myself with that moment of life. No past, no future but just that moment.
2) BETTER MENTAL HEALTH / QUIET THE MIND / LESS ANXIOUS: Be connecting with the present moment, make me be less thinker, and less anxious. Yoga make me fell happy and give my mental health a break to society worries.
3) BODY HEALTH : If you are someone like me that like to move but does not really enjoy gym, yoga could be perfect to you. Yoga it is a perfect way to sweat and keep your body fit and health.
4) CONNECTION WITH YOUR TRUE SELF : People are researching for them true self. The practice of yoga can calm your mind in a point that you can RECONNECT with your true self. The self that is less worry, is more relax and more joyfully.
5) SLEEP BETTER: Yoga can definitely improve in your sleep, quality and quantity (YIN yoga is perfect to do before go to bad).
6) FLEXIBILITY : If you are looking for to get more flexible, yoga will help you with that ( darddd, FOR REAL LUIZA?) I know people know about that, but is important remember that for the people that does not know OK hahah
7) IMPROVE BODY POSTURE : Yoga is a great way to keep the body with the right posture and fix the ensures that most people that work long hours sited create in long of the years.
That is just a few examples of why Yoga is so good in my life and other people life. Yoga is definitely one of the most important things in my life. Yoga make me definitely a happier and more grateful person.
