Hello, hello everyone.

Today I will share with you guys two books with special for me that I believe changed my life.
It was a great way of healing and understating of my self and life in general.
The first one is Lessons from Gisele Bundchen.
I will not talk much here because I don't want spoilt too much, but the book is about Gisele, a super model, and her Path to a Meaningful Life.
Gisele talked about her journey and share with her readers one of the most harder moments her life, that the model has having Panic Attacks crisis, due that she decided to make a complete change in your lifestyle. She stoped to smoke, drink, take coffee, stop sugar and start to yoga and meditation to relieve stress.
In 'Lessons', Gisele reveals who she really is and what she's learned over the past 37 years to help her live a meaningful life , a journey that takes readers from a childhood to an internationally successful career, motherhood and marriage to quarterback Tom Brady.
This book definitely shared with me and many other people Lessons that we can apply in our life.
The second one is The Power of the Now from Eckhart Tolle.
It's about the importance of the Present moment, that living in the now is the truest path to happiness and enlightenment.
A spiritual guidebook that has the potential to inspire people to change life for better using the power of the now, that is the only thing that we truly have.
Not past, no future, but the present, the now. The author Eckhart Tolle, share how's move past pain, anxiety and stress using the power of living the present moment.
Well, you definitely should be reading those books if you are looking for a better change in your life.
