BECOME A BETTER VERSION OF YOURSELF IN 2019


It is a new year, with new challenges and new opportunities.


This year Im seeking for inspiring people and connect with people related to me.




This year I'm focus with become a better person EVER DAY.

Everyday become a better version of me, giving my best to myself and the world.


That is why, I will be sharing here advises and tips that will being helping me and also can help you to become everyday a better version of yourself.


ARE YOU READY? LETS DO IT.



I like to wake up everyday 6 am or earlier than that, everything depends of how late I went to bad on the day before, but the important thing here is that I like to wake up early to enjoy the most of my day.

Every morning, I will do a 5 to 10 minutes meditation, give to my self deeksha ( I will talk about this more latter) and be grateful the things that I got and also mentalizing a good day.



I like to workout and do yoga everyday, preferably in the morning before I start my day.

I fell that this give me a amazing energy for the rest of my day, giving me motivation and good vibes for the entire day.




Be kind and love with people in my day life.

Everyone is going through something, and definately nice people can change the day of any person.

I like to say that I like to treat people how I would like them treat myself, therefore with love.

Love is everything.



There was a time in my life that I thought that expanding time with myself would mean that I did not have friends. Now I know that is more than fine be by myself. It is necessary in my day life.

It is a great way to know myself better and know more how to love myself and my company.



Reading and watching inspiring people is a great way to give me motivation.

It is great to read about people that share them history, showing to everyone that everyone is human, and doesn't matter age, hight, how reach the person are, EVERYONE go for hard times.

Motivational book and motivational videos is a great way to make me understand that everything is possible, every dream is possible but all depend of my motivation to get the things that I want in life.




Grateful day list is a amazing way to me be grateful for everything that I have.

For example, my health, my food, my job, my family, everything that I think I should be grateful I will write in this list.
